Describe the picture!!!

there are two persons in the centre of picture, i think they are a nice couple, the boy in his right hand have a carriots and its smiling at her, she have a funny expression maybe stay sorprise, the two person wear a nice clothes, in the background we can see a name of a hospital  and in the front of picture we can a read a phrase that say "you said not flowers".

there are one girl in the left of  the picture she have a concerned expression maybe because she dont learnt the coreography, she wear a dancing clothes and she is sitting on the stairs , in the background we can a see a beautiful street  with some trees and the street is empty maybe for the hour would be very early.
